Role Overview

As a Principal Specialist, IT Development, you will design and deliver high-performance integration solutions that connect complex enterprise systems. This role blends deep backend engineering, cloud integrations, and architectural ownership, while influencing platform scalability and technical excellence across global products.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale Java-based microservices and enterprise web applications

• Architect API-led and event-driven integrations across internal and external platforms

• Design robust data flows, mappings, and backend services

• Develop RESTful APIs and AWS Lambda serverless components

• Drive end-to-end feature delivery with performance, security, and reliability in focus

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams

• Lead code reviews, enforce clean code, and mentor engineers

• Handle production issues and provide technical leadership during incidents
