Full Job Description

As the User Enablement Technology and Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure that supports the content development team. Your role will involve leading the support and maintenance of content development tooling and technical documentation environments for a global team of content developers working on documentation, videos, and in-app content across various products and technologies. Additionally, you will lead a team focused on driving product adoption and business results through the effective use of software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and simplify User Enablement infrastructure to enhance scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across different products to deliver user enablement environments for customers and partners.
  • Work with content developers to develop comprehensive help and learning solutions.
  • Maintain and provide technical support for User Enablement environments and applications.
  • Drive automation initiatives and propose innovative solutions.
  • Document standard technical processes and workflows.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Gather metrics to provide data reporting for User Enablement.
  • Guide technology-based content development for User Enablement.
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to achieve excellence in their work.
  • Assign projects and timelines, holding the team accountable for meeting targets..


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical administration and support.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps environments.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Microsoft IIS, and API administration.
  • Experience supporting and administrating documentation content development and presentation tools like MadCap Flare and/or Zendesk is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital content development tools like Camtasia is a plus.
  • Experience with Pendo or other technology-based in-app guidance technologies is advantageous.
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay updated with emerging technologies.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
