Role Summary
An experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale high-rise building projects in Mumbai. The role focuses on hands-on execution, strong site leadership, and effective coordination across multiple stakeholders to deliver complex vertical developments safely, on schedule, and within approved budgets. The position sits at the core of project delivery, translating plans and designs into efficient on-ground execution while maintaining quality, safety, and commercial discipline.
Role Overview
The Construction Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of high-rise buildings, from planning and scheduling through on-site delivery, quality management, safety compliance, and cost control. The role involves managing large construction teams and coordinating closely with developers, PMC teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.
The scope typically includes large-format developments of 2 million sq. ft. or more, featuring 45+ storey towers with complex structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces. A strong understanding of sequencing, vertical logistics, and high-rise safety practices is central to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end construction execution of high-rise buildings
Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, schedules, and site workflows
Coordinate with consultants, PMC teams, contractors, and vendors to align execution activities
Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations
Track project progress, control costs, and identify risks with timely mitigation actions
Lead, guide, and mentor construction and site teams to achieve delivery objectives
Experience Background
Experience in Developer or PMC environments
Hands-on exposure to 45+ storey high-rise projects
Involvement in large-scale developments of 2 million sq. ft. or more
