• You should have ideally managed a run rate business of INR 6-8 million in a month.
• 10+ Years of Solid Tech Hiring Experience. Startup Hiring experience will be an exact fit!
• You will build your own team from Scratch. (Market Research Analyst, Data Analyst , Recruitment Researcher, Lead Recruiters, Digital Marketing et al)
• “With integrity, you have nothing to fear, since you have nothing to hide. With integrity, you will do the right thing, so you will have no guilt”. You need to be aggressive, ambitious and number driven.
• Customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers. (You have clients on both sides!).
• Highly organized, you work with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize various top priorities.
• You will contribute ideas to our company sourcing strategies, client engagement models, company culture, et al.
• A passion to work hard in a high-energy team to do the right thing for our clients and the firm, every day. “Account Management Excellence” is something that we take very seriously.
