Full Job Description
About the Company
Born in 2001, this is a digital-first creative agency sitting at the intersection of creativity and technology – and refusing to be pigeonholed. With a global client roster spanning Fortune 100s and startups across tech, financial services, CPG, travel, media, and government, the hardest problems are the ones they crave. A network of nearly 2,000 people – 50% engineers, 50% creative talent – distributed across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Trusted by iconic brands including Adidas, Amazon, J.P. Morgan Chase, Microsoft, Marriott, and TikTok — this is where technology and creativity converge to build capabilities that didn’t exist before.
💼 QA Engineer
A highly skilled, autonomous QA Engineer is needed to ensure the quality of first-class web experiences and custom digital products. This is a shift-left, advocacy-first role – not a checkbox function. Expect real ownership, proactive quality leadership, and direct collaboration with engineering, design, and product teams solving real-world problems at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Execute hands-on testing of responsive web and mobile applications and underlying infrastructure
- Proactively advocate for clean code, process refinements, and continuous improvements
- Partner with product teams to develop and maintain robust testing strategies with a shift-left mindset
- Estimate and scope testing efforts and execution timelines while remaining adaptable to requirement changes
- Communicate test progress with clear, data-driven messaging to support informed decision-making
- Lead requirements gathering, test execution, and regression testing across all functional systems
- Support release cycles through scope planning, effort estimation, and final sign-off
- Actively contribute to a Quality Practice Community to drive collaborative learning and innovation
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the engineering organisation
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as an autonomous, self-sufficient engineer who stays tactical under pressure
- Expert ability to design stable, deterministic, flakiness-free tests across the full stack
- Proven experience setting up and maintaining automation frameworks and libraries
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Katalon, and Robot Framework
- Ability to integrate test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Deep experience with API testing (Postman) and load testing tools — JMeter or Blazemeter
- Ability to read and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, or Java
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA+ accessibility standards and modern security guidelines
- Proficiency in detecting memory issues and optimising application performance
- Expert-level use of JIRA and Confluence for defect logging, test planning, and reporting
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools for test case generation and script development — highly desirable
- Confidence to be a vocal quality champion while remaining risk-tolerant to meet business goals
Education
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience
