Senior Product Manager – Payments – Trading Platform

As the Senior Product Manager, Payments, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and secure financial experience for our retail traders. You’ll lead the development and optimization of our deposit and withdrawal functionalities, ensuring efficient cash flow and user satisfaction. By collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization, you’ll help us become the preferred trading platform for retail investors everywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap for our payment solutions. Conduct indepth market research to identify and implement best practices across the payments landscape.
• Deliver the payments roadmap to a high standard with engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with payment processors and financial institutions to establish partnerships that optimize payment rails and fees. Manage integrations and ensure smooth data exchange.
• Analyze payment processing data to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to streamline workflows, reduce processing times, and increase conversion rates.
• Implement robust security measures and fraud prevention practices to safeguard user and our funds. Stay informed on evolving financial regulations and ensure all processes comply with KYC/AML and other relevant guidelines.
• Lead a team of product managers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, risk) to achieve common goals.

What We Look For in You:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the FinTech or payments industry.
• Deep understanding of payment processing workflows, regulations, and risk management best practices (KYC/AML, PCI DSS).
• Experience working with various payment methods (e.g., ACH transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets) and payment service providers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team while fostering effective communication across departments.
• A keen eye for detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and overcome challenges, adapt strategies as needed, and stay informed about industry trends.
• Passionate about the FinTech industry and dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for retail traders.
