Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java+React) – Remote

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on applications within our brand execution product line. You will build back-end application and microservice features in Java and front-end web interfaces in React. You will work directly with product management, user experience and our customer success team to design and build solutions that make our customer’s lives easier. The right candidate for the role enjoys creating elegant technical solutions to hard business problems.

What You Will Do

• Think like our customers – you will work with product and engineering leaders to define intuitive solutions
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Own your work – you will take responsibility to shepherd your projects from idea through delivery into production

Must-Haves

• 7+ years of professional software engineering/development experience, with at least 2 years leading a software team
• Proficiency with architecting and delivering solutions within a distributed software platform
• Expertise in back-end development using Java, Spring Boot
• Expertise in front-end development (React/Redux)
• Experience working on microservices or distributed system environments
